I took a few mini-classes on photography yesterday at Ritz and picked up quite a few tips (a lot just by having the time to read the dawgone instruction booklet) so I left the class and took 20 photos at the county fair (which I haven't downloaded yet). Interesting thing how the instructor kept encouraging the students to print out those photos and put them in albums...preferably scrapbooks so you can include memorabilia and the story!!!
I decided to learn how to convert my photos into B&W using Photoshop 7 (my techie daughter taught me how) and here's my first conversion.

Lisa,
Looks like you have done very well with the photo conversion to B&W. Love your Blog, and your son is so adorable!

I love this photo and your blog, you have inspired me to look into starting my own. At the CK convention I bought various color tintz and learned you can add color to black and white photos by hand with cotton swabs. It would be great to add color to the tree or even just the towel for a different effect.
