This Mother's Day I got plenty of flowers....Prima Flowers! I also received die-cut flowers, foam flowers and real flowers.
This morning I had a chance to reflect on what I've learned about being a mother over this past year. Here are a few of those lessons.
I learned...
...that you can love the 5th child as much as the 1st child.
...you can't control when you'll become a grandmother.
...your stay-at-home mom friends think you are crazy to have 5 kids, while
....your work-at-work mom friends are in awe that you have 5 kids.
...kids really can suck the life (at least your memory) right out of you...if you let them.
