okay if you read this blog entry first, you'll understand my title. Yes, I heard about these tins on Cathy Zielski's blog and picked up a few (though I was a bit surprised by how small they were). I knew I'd find some use for them, so here they are on a shelf in my studio.
I didn't want to label them with rub-ons because I might change my mind about what they hold so I decided on tags. I'd heard so much about the crop-a-dile tool, I decided to use my fiskars hole punch to see if would go through the metal and I'm glad to say it did. This is my rubber stamping corner and so one holds embossing powders and the other small ethnic stamps that I pick up along the way here and there. The candle holder is a Christmas/Birthday gift from Jonathan that he said he wanted me to have in my scrapbook room (sweet). My African doll is from one of my sisters many trips to Senegal...that's what I ask people who travel abroad to bring back for me...I have quite the collection from all around the world. The Star of David box is a set of Hebrew alphabet (new fave).
