I am thankful that I got to be a part of an event that blessed another. My friend, co-worker and scrapaholic sister threw a surprise birthday party for "the boyfriend", Dan. Boy was he surprised. He'd been at our house the weekend before and the party reminder was written on our family calendar in the kitchen. I had to remind the little ones not to mention the party, plus send someone to erase it off the calendar so he wouldn't find out about it.
Dan was quite touched and choked up about the whole event. Lisa planned a "Game Night" theme, complete with game tables and a cake that looked like a card. I had fun decorating and helping plan the whole thing. I'm most grateful that Dan was showered with love by so many people, even people he didn't even know, but had just heard about. I got to meet Lisa's Mom (Hey Aunt Brenda & Uncle Michael) & family, Dan's friends and family, hang out with co-workers and truly just have a good (non-scrapbook related...well okay I took a few photos(236)) time.
236 photos?!?! You are a true scrapper. Sounds like it was a great time for everyone. Who doesn't like surprises?

I Love this Photo of my Man. Thank you Lisa for the fabulous photos, and for all your help – I couldn’t have done it without you and Jerry. I can’t wait to finally get the chance to print the photos and get starting scrappin.
