...embrace cultural differences

Go check out this post by Donna Downey. Her image of rabbits and reference to Easter bunnies was just to much for some, but I love how she responded.

It's so true...just because something isn't the "norm" for us...we get bent out of shape...when I saw the post I immediately thought...fresh dinner (but maybe that's because I'm on this fresh fruit and organic veggie kick).

i personally thought she was joking and some people didn't get the joke. do you think it was the easter bunny reference that ticked folks off, or the aminals for meat/fur. or a combo of both? just curious.

I thought it was a joke, but I guess it was offensive, I'm sure the animal rights folks were not happy with it either. I wish I was there in that open market experiencing another culture. Lisa
