Dinner without an oven?

For those of you who thought how in the world can she fix dinner, let alone Thanksgiving dinner without an oven...well thank goodness I didn't have to spend all day in the kitchen cooking.

I made my Grandmother's prized mac-n-cheese without an oven...just used a little creativity and wa-la (as Joseph would say).

My mac-n-cheese and Jerin's sweet potatoes were perfect!!! Total cooking time for me this year...one hour!  My father in-law roasted the Turkey...but I wasn't opposed to doing it on the grill.
