On February 1st we lost one of our Grandmother's after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. A disease that is unique to each individual. One that requires the caretakers and family members to "grow up", because serious decisions have to be made in unison with other loved ones. It's a disease that I believe affects everyone involved, it's hard to see a loved one lose their memory. That's probably why I spend so much effort in preserving memories, preserving and creating legacies.
The number one question people ask me is, "How do you do it?" The day of the funeral my husband asked me to pull out some photos of Grandma Bryant. I had many to choose from because I ALWAYS took photos of her with every visit. I also had a box of pre-made pages that I so carefully made at a CLUB SCRAP event hosted by one of my busy corporate professional friend, who like me, is always pressed for time.

Lisa, so sorry to hear about your grandmother, prayers for your family.
