whew it's been almost a month since my last post...that means things are going a mile a minute in the Sanford household.
Leah is 11 years old and I just had my first hand sewing session with her...how is it I did it with her younger brothers before her. Wel,l her favorite hoodie had a tear in it and the only way it was going to get fixed was if she fixed it. It, wasn't easy but considering she would have never been able to do this a year ago with her vision problem, I'm thankful she succeeded. Now hand sewing was crafting in my day, but I guess it's really a life skill that everyone will need to have at some point in their life (until they find the wonder of that hemming iron-on tape)!
